At Geeks Root, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for our services, including Website, Mobile Applications, ERP, and SaaS projects.
Refund Eligibility & Timeframes
a. Within 24 Hours of Order Placement
You are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee, if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
This does not apply if:

Initial designs, prototypes, or project deliverables have been shared, or
-
Revisions or modifications have been requested within this timeframe.
Refunds requested due to a change of mind will not be entertained after 24 hours.
b. Before Initial Delivery
If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial designs, wireframes, or project prototypes, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
c. Within 48 Hours of Initial Delivery
Refund requests within 48 hours of initial design/prototype delivery are eligible for a 66% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee .
d. Between 48–120 Hours After Initial Delivery
Refund requests made between 48 and 120 hours after delivery of initial designs, wireframes, or prototypes are eligible for a 33% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
e. After 120 Hours
No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of initial delivery.
However, clients are encouraged to contact Geeks Root for revisions and support to ensure project satisfaction.
Inactivity Policy
No refund requests will be entertained if the client fails to provide feedback or take any action on their project for 30 days after order placement.
If the client wishes to reactivate a dormant project, a reactivation fee may apply depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
Delivery & Completion-Based Restrictions
Refund requests will not be accepted once substantial deliverables have been provided or approved:

Website Projects: Completed development or live deployment

Mobile Application Projects: Completed builds or deployments for testing or release

ERP & SaaS Projects: Core modules, functional components, or environments deployed or made accessible for review or use
Important: Refunds do not apply to any costs paid to third parties on your behalf, including but not limited to:

Hosting services
-
Paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media campaigns, etc.)

External plugins, subscriptions, or APIs
Custom & Combined Packages
For custom or combined packages, refunds apply only for the portion of the service that has not been delivered or initiated.
Example:
If a client orders a logo design and a website package, and the logo has been approved, a refund request may only apply to the website service, and only at the initial design/prototype stage.
Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted to Geeks Root Support.

Requests must include a valid reason, referencing the approved brief and client feedback for revisions.

Unless a project clearly deviates from the approved brief, refunds will not be granted.

Revisions and support will continue until reasonable satisfaction is achieved.
Geeks Root reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in instances of policy abuse or violations of the user agreement.
Good Faith Requirement
Refunds apply only to orders placed in good faith. Clients placing similar orders with multiple agencies for the same project, intending to claim refunds, are considered acting in bad faith.
In such cases, Geeks Root reserves the right to decline the refund request.
All projects require active client involvement and timely feedback to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Originality & Copyright Disclaimer
Geeks Root guarantees 100% original and custom designs.
If a delivered design is substantially similar to existing work, a redraw will be provided.
Any resemblance to other designs is coincidental, and Geeks Root will not be liable for compensation or legal claims.
It is the client’s responsibility to secure copyright or trademark protection for their work.
